Athletic Excellence specializes in performance based training. We coach, teach, monitor, and analyze training methods that help a variety of individuals perform at their optimal level.
Our Philosophy caters to individuals, both professional and amateur, that are dedicated to the improvement of their performance. Our theoretical and practical experience in performance training has allowed us to create an environment where even the smallest detail, such as “grip work” and “foot placement” is addressed with the aid of our unique and specific equipment.
Our Services include components that are necessary toward developing peak performance. We address in an holistic manner strength, speed, flexibility, power, weight management, proper nutrition and supplementation plus a complete post rehabilitation program. Our experience and educational backgrounds are influenced from a community of exercise physiologist, national and international coaches, and cutting edge clinicians all of whom remain active in exercise science aimed at improving performance.
Our Internships allow individuals to develop a clear understanding of program execution, technical knowledge, and practical skills. We offer three different types of internships that allow novice beginners, full and part time students, and experienced professional trainers to learn theoretical and practical knowledge towards performance-based training.
Duration of Internships is scheduled year round through individual arrangements. Interns accepted must be able to meet the minimum hours and schedule days/weeks for participation.
Evaluation of work performance are made in an objective manner by the coordinator. It will be based upon successful completion of responsibilities and projects structured in advance. A schedule will be assigned to meet individuals’ personal and/or school requirements. To apply please contact us.
