What type of cost is expected for an adult or amateur athlete participating in physical training services at Athletic Excellence?

This frequently asked question depends on several factors to accurately answer. We often find the answer to this question begins with a serious discussion about the commitment level of the potential client. Bluntly put, we ask the client to put a value on their performance, and we advise them if they’re not committed to investing towards their performance then we are not in a position to help. Physical training for an individual and or amateur athlete will cost $125 – $75 per session; discounted session packages are available for purchase upon request.

Although they are separate entities within our facility, both allow an athlete under one roof to receive services for initial rehabilitation all the way through to sport specific training. We specialize in the process of restoring an athletes speed, strength, mobility, flexibility, conditioning, and confidence. Through knowledge, skill, and experience our staff helps individuals accelerate the necessary steps for optimal performance.
